Specialty Shape Rubber Die Ejection Materials

Groovy G'rilla slot ejection materialGroovy G'rilla
Typically Green G'rilla™ is used in this shape however any slot ejection material can be cut in this shape. This is the absolute best shape to use for slot ejection. The accordian shape allows for rubber expansion during compression so that the rule is not bent. It also allow for rapid ejection and shape helps keep the rubber vertical so that it does not get cut off by the rule. Groovy G'rilla should always be used in place of gum rubber. Sidewave for for rapid rubbering of a dieSidewave™
This shape automatically spaces the rubber the proper distance from the rule so that the compressed rubber does push against the side of the rule. This allows for rapid rubbering of a die in that it simplifies positioning the rubber. Layed down in strips along the entire cut rule helps assure that the die ejection will be properly balanced with Green G'rilla in tight areas. This will make for a quick makeready and fast job run.

Ejectoflex for tight bendsEjectoflex™
This shape is used just like Sidewave™ however the variation in its shape allows it to be bent in tight corners easily without bulging.

E-Z SetE-Z Set™
The pyramid shape allows this to automatically space correctly against the knife and clamp the substrate in place. It is typically used next to nicked rule to help keep nicks from breaking before going to stripping and blanking stations.
